Born in Livorno in 1961, Antonella Iovino completed her studies in Verona, the city where she lives and works.
It was during her high school years that her passion for photography began with experiences in the darkroom, a passion that will follow her every moment of her life.
In September 2009, she exhibited at the Palazzo della Ragione in Verona, as part of Onirica Festival.
In April 2010, she exhibited at the Obra Social Caja Madrid, in Barcelona, in Domestic; in December of the same year, at the Centro Internazionale Scavi Scaligeri in Verona, in Premio Città di Verona.
In 2011 she is present at the exhibition Veronette, a collective art event at the monumental Porta del Vescovo, also in Verona.
In 2012 she participates, at MiMa International District in S. Maria di Zevio (VR), in the collective exhibition What About/Photo Portfolio Lab; in October, she is present with the works of Domestic at the Biennal de Fotografia Xavier Miserachs, Palafrugell (Girona); she exhibits at the Spazio San Giorgio Arte Contemporanea in Bologna, in Collettiva di Fotografia IMMAGINA.
She receives the FIAP Honorable Mention, at the Exposed International salon of digital photography FIAP – Federation Internationale De L’Art Photographique, 2012.
In 2023 she is present at the Women’s Collective JAS – Just Another Stage, at the Manica Lunga of the Castello del Monferrato.
